Hommage “Eitel”

The reinterpretation of the work of art “Eitel” from Myriam de Wurstemberger with profound symbolism. Inspired by Myriam's golden pineapple, a rare and precious fruit that was only presented on special occasions, I reflected the richness and vanity it embodies. I visually translated this luxury with sparkling jewels and stones. The pomegranate, which is a symbol of blood and death, and refers to the history of temptation complements this theme and adds a cultural and religious dimension to the work. Together, these elements create a thought-provoking work of art.
Lost in bliss / eating cherries, wearing a white dress / When it was silence it started to rain / people belive in paradise love / They don’t realise how poisonous it can be / Summer air is heavy with secrets left untold / A Story of temptation, in crimson and white / You are blessed and reach for the pearls of sweetness / I belive in God and Love – Maybe that’s why it hurt so bad / A Paradise of mystery / In this valley between danger and heaven, we risked all / look up it looks how we feel / Be quit until the clouds collapse.
